Today’s Workout!
I did a nice, 45-min HIIT treadmill workout:

I ate a bit too much beforehand, so it didn’t feel like the best workout I’ve ever had, but I pulled through.
Afterwards I started to do a circuit workout, but had to stop midway through because my stomach was majorly cramping. Helloo TOM [a little too tmi?] lol. But in case you’re interested, here was the circuit, found HERE:
- Jumping jacks – 50
- Squats with 25 lb. kettleball – 20
- Squat jumps – 20
- Alternating lunges – 20
- Burpees – 15
- Push ups (on my knees) – 25
- Mountain climbers – 30
- Crunches on exercise ball – 50

GUYS. so i just tried p90x yoga and i feel so strong and confident with my body. decided i must do some sort of yoga every day. love it. that is all :)
